    1) Completed Agent Forms Pack

    Upload ONE file containing the completed forms (AML, Application Form, Affidavit).

    Accepted formats: ZIP / RAR / PDF (Recommended: ZIP). Max: 20MB.

    2) Certified ID / Passport

    Upload a certified copy of the applicant’s ID/Passport.

    Accepted format: PDF only. Max: 5MB.

    ✔ Documents submitted successfully. Our team will review and forward to Bank of Botswana — approval usually takes 3–4 days.
