Fill in the DumelaPay application form, making sure to provide all necessary info and KYC documentation

Deposit

Make a deposit into your account using your credit/debit card or by visiting any agent or merchant working with DumelaPay

Transact

Now you are free to transact, transfer and make payments using either the mobile app, WhatsApp (+267 72 309 671), USSD (XXXX) or QR Code.

NOTE: Agents can also help you to redeem or withdraw cash (cash out) any time you want.

Dumelatickets uses a QR codes as a ticket and the tickets is secured and can never be used twice. Events managers and transportation owners take control of all settings concerning event title, dates , price, venue etc. You don’t need a password to make bookings.
